Refunds & Cancellations

1. Overview
All ticket purchases on tickets.ravok.co.uk are subject to RAVOK's Terms of Sale. This page summarises our refund and cancellation policy in plain language.
2. Standard ticket refunds
Event tickets are for dated leisure services and are generally non-refundable under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(h)). However, RAVOK may consider discretionary refund requests on a case-by-case basis if the request is made before the event date.
3. Cancelled or rescheduled events
If RAVOK cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method. If an event is rescheduled to a different date or venue, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@ravok.co.uk with your order ID and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
5. Drink packages and add-ons
Drink packages and other add-ons purchased alongside a ticket follow the same refund policy as the ticket itself. They cannot be refunded independently unless the entire order is eligible for a refund.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you can escalate your complaint by emailing hello@ravok.co.uk with the subject line "Refund escalation". We will review your case and respond within five business days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
