Ravok Ltd ("Ravok", "we", "us", "our") operates the Ravok Tickets website at tickets.ravok.co.uk. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16328828) with registered office at Office 007, Enterprise Centre, University of Hull, Cottingham Road, Hull, England, HU6 7RX. 2. How we use cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to run secure ticket sales, remember your progress through checkout, protect the platform from abuse, and understand interest in our events. Our main lawful bases are contract (to deliver the services you request) and legitimate interests (to secure and improve the site). If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies in the future we will request your consent first.
- Essential cookies keep you signed in, secure the checkout, and retain referral details you follow.
- Security cookies help us stop automated abuse and protect sign-in forms.
- Performance cookies allow us to measure event interest without tracking you across other sites.
- We do not place advertising or social media tracking cookies on Ravok Tickets.
3. Cookies we set (first-party)
These cookies are issued by Ravok Tickets and are required for the site to function as described. All are limited to our domain and can be cleared via your browser settings.

Some cookies only appear for admins or ambassadors who log in. Guest buyers will only receive the cookies needed for checkout and ticket access.
4. Other storage technologies
We also use local storage in your browser to back up the visitor ID and throttle event view logging. Keys such asravok:visitor-id andravok:viewed:<eventId> stay on your device and can be removed by clearing site data. They are never shared with third parties.
5. Third-party technologies
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects our waitlists and checkout from bots. Cloudflare may set security cookies such as
cf_clearance. These are essential for fraud prevention. - Stripe processes card payments. When you begin checkout, Stripe can place cookies like
__stripe_midto prevent fraud and remember payment preferences. - Emails and support tools linked from Ravok Tickets open in separate services that have their own privacy and cookie notices.
Third-party cookies are controlled by those providers. We only integrate services that are necessary to sell and deliver tickets safely.
6. Managing cookies
- You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or reset your basket.
- Most browsers let you disable third-party cookies, set site-specific rules, or use private browsing windows for one-off visits.
- To opt out of Stripe or Cloudflare cookies, you can avoid using those features, but that will disable secure checkout.
Because we currently rely only on essential and measurement cookies, we do not show an in-product cookie preference banner. If that changes we will update this notice and request consent where required.
