Site: tickets.ravok.co.uk (operated by Ravok Ltd)

1. Who we are

Ravok Ltd ("Ravok", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in England & Wales (Company No. 16328828) with registered office at Office 007, Enterprise Centre, University of Hull, Cottingham Road, Hull, England, HU6 7RX. We operate student-focused entertainment events across the UK. Contact: hello@ravok.co.uk.

These Terms govern ticket purchases made directly from tickets.ravok.co.uk (including the staging site) for events in the United Kingdom.

2. Key points (read these first)

  • No refunds if the event goes ahead as planned.
  • If the event is cancelled, you’ll receive a refund of the face value paid for your ticket (see §10).
  • If the event is postponed/rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the face value (see §10).
  • Booking/admin fees and any third-party charges are non-refundable except where we are legally required to refund them (see §10.6).
  • Age & ID: Many events are 18+; valid photo ID may be required. Student status checks may apply (see §7).
  • Tickets are single-use and may be refused/cancelled in cases of fraud, misuse or breach of venue rules (see §9, §11).
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Your relationship with us

  1. When you place an order and we send you an order confirmation, a contract is formed between you and Ravok for the supply of tickets to the specific event detailed in your order.
  2. For some events we sell as agent on behalf of the event organiser/venue. Where this applies, we will identify the organiser during checkout, and your contract for admission is with that organiser; our obligations are limited to processing your order.

4. Where these Terms apply

  1. These Terms apply to tickets sold for events located in the UK.
  2. Cooling-off rights: Tickets for leisure services on specific dates are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR), so you do not have an automatic right to change your mind after purchase (see §10 for our goodwill positions where applicable).

5. Pricing, fees and payment

  1. Ticket prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may charge a per-order or per-ticket booking/administration fee and payment-processing fees.
  2. All fees will be disclosed before checkout.
  3. We accept card payments via our payment processor. Your card issuer may place authorisation holds.
  4. If a pricing error is discovered before admission, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. Delivery of tickets

  1. Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address on your order and/or to your Ravok account.
  2. Keep your ticket and QR/barcode secure. If you share it, the first successful scan at the venue will be deemed the valid entry.
  3. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters, inbox capacity, incorrect email addresses or your failure to download tickets from your account.

7. Entry requirements & conduct

  1. Age, ID and student status: Unless stated otherwise, Ravok events are intended for adults and may be 18+. Valid photo ID may be required. Some tickets may require student status; you agree to bring acceptable proof.
  2. Searches & security: You agree to comply with venue searches and prohibitions (e.g., alcohol, drugs, weapons).
  3. Venue rules: You must follow venue rules and instructions of staff. Antisocial or unsafe behaviour can result in refusal of entry or ejection without refund.
  4. Accessibility: If you have accessibility needs, please contact us in advance; we and our venues will use reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

8. Transfers, resale and name changes

  1. Unless an authorised transfer feature is provided in your account, tickets are personal to the purchaser and not for resale.
  2. If we permit transfers or name changes, fees may apply.
  3. We may cancel tickets obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
  4. We do not cancel or blacklist solely because a ticket was re-sold via an authorised channel where our Terms permit resale. Unauthorised resale may lead to cancellation.

9. Right to refuse entry

We and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person for reasons including safety, intoxication, abusive behaviour, non-compliance with venue rules, possession of prohibited items, fraud, or unauthorised professional recording. No refund is due in these circumstances.

10. Cancellations, postponements and refunds

  1. No refunds if the event proceeds as advertised (date, time window and headliners subject to reasonable changes).
  2. Event cancelled: If the event is wholly cancelled, we will refund the face value of the ticket(s) you purchased.
  3. Postponed/rescheduled: Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund of the face value within the window we notify (not less than 7 days from notification).
  4. Significant change: Where there is a material change (for example a change of city/venue or a change of date outside the original season), we may offer options such as a refund or a comparable alternative.
  5. Partial cancellations: If only part of an event is cancelled after it has started, proportionate remedies may apply.
  6. Fees and charges: Booking/admin fees and delivery or third-party charges are non-refundable except where we are legally required to refund them or where the cancellation is due to our error.
  7. How refunds are paid: Refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the announcement and any verification checks.
  8. Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback contrary to these Terms and a refund is not due, we may contest it and recover our reasonable costs.

11. Event changes

  1. Advertised start times and line-ups are subject to change.
  2. We may make reasonable changes to improve safety or comply with law/licensing. Such changes do not normally entitle you to a refund.

12. Your responsibilities

  1. Check your order details before paying.
  2. Arrive in good time. Latecomers may be refused entry until a suitable break.
  3. Do not duplicate, tamper with or attempt to circumvent ticket security features.
  4. Ensure tickets are purchased only from Ravok or our authorised partners.

13. Data protection

  1. We collect and process personal data to take and fulfil your order, prevent fraud, administer events, and (where permitted) send you marketing. See our Privacy Policy on ravok.co.uk for details of data categories, legal bases, retention, and your rights.
  2. We share limited data with payment providers, venues and safety partners where necessary for your event.
  3. You can manage marketing preferences at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

14. Safety, welfare and risk

  1. Events may include loud sound, strobe lighting and crowded environments. Please consider your personal health and consult staff if you need assistance.
  2. For combat-sports themed events, participation is subject to separate participant agreements, medical checks and insurance. Spectator tickets do not permit participation.

15. Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  2. Subject to §15.1, we are not liable for: (a) loss not caused by our breach; (b) business losses; (c) loss of enjoyment; or (d) events outside our reasonable control.
  3. Where we act as agent, we are not responsible for the performance of the event by the organiser/venue beyond our obligations as ticketing provider.

16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, strike, power failure, public-health restrictions or emergency regulations). Where an event cannot proceed due to such circumstances, §10 applies.

17. Complaints & assistance

If you need help with an order or wish to complain, contact hello@ravok.co.uk with your order ID and details. We aim to respond within one business day.

18. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. Updated versions will be posted on tickets.ravok.co.uk with the “Last updated” date.
